This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 598 platform. Please read the terms carefully in their entirety before registering or using any of the services offered. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using the 598 platform in any capacity, you agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 598 management.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using this platform. Acceptance of these terms also covers all supplementary policies published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

The 598 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that your use is lawful under applicable local regulations.

Account Creation and Security

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 598 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full name, date of birth and valid contact details.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity carried out through your account is considered your own. 598 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Identity Verification

598 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected. Verification may require valid identification documents such as a national ID card or passport. Failure to complete identity verification may result in a temporary restriction or termination of your account.

Account Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your account profile is kept up to date and accurate. Any changes to personal details such as your phone number or email address should be updated promptly through your account settings. 598 is not responsible for any communication issues arising from outdated information.

User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

As a user of the 598 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules at all times while using our services.

Prohibited Use

  • Using the platform for any fraudulent, manipulative or unlawful purpose under Malaysian law.
  • Using automated software, bots or any technology designed to exploit the platform's systems.
  • Sharing your account login details with others or allowing someone else to use your account.
  • Taking any action that could compromise the integrity, security or normal operation of the 598 platform.
  • Registering for or using the platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, branding, software and materials on the 598 platform are the exclusive property of 598 management or parties that have licensed them to us. You may not copy, distribute, modify or exploit any part of the platform's content without explicit written permission. Unauthorised use of this intellectual property may result in legal action.

Payment and Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 598 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The following terms govern deposits, withdrawals and other transactions.

Deposit

Users may make deposits using approved local payment methods, including Malaysian eWallets and bank transfers. All deposits are made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Minimum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change. 598 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for deposits above certain amounts.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the established procedures and timelines. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as the 598 account. 598 reserves the right to request proof of account ownership before processing any withdrawal. Any withdrawal found to involve fraudulent activity will be rejected and reported to the relevant authorities.

Transaction Error

In the event of a technical error or processing failure, 598 reserves the right to correct the error, including adjusting any affected account balances. Users are required to report any discrepancies in their account balance or transaction history within 30 days of the transaction date.

Currency and Tax

The 598 platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. Users are solely responsible for complying with any tax or reporting obligations related to their gambling activity under applicable local law. 598 does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for any taxes or duties payable by users.

Liability Limits and Account Policies

598 Liability Limits

The 598 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 598 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free of technical errors at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 598 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

598 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to: fraud, breach of terms, suspected criminal activity, or failure to meet identity verification requirements. In the event of a legitimate account closure, any remaining balance (after deducting applicable debts or ineligible bonuses) will be returned to the user in accordance with established procedures.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

598 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without specific prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Continued use of the 598 platform after any changes are published constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of the platform and may contact our support team to close your account.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 598 platform will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established by management.
